Back in 1990, after completing a City and Guilds course in signwork, I started up Simon Lloyd Signs. I decided from the start that rather than going in the direction most sign companies were with computerised signmaking equipment, I was going to specialise in hand made and painted signage with an emphasis on strong designs and high quality finishing. Ten years later these are still the main principles of my business. But now I have all those years of experience which allow me to create unique and highly innovative signage for customers who know the true value and effectiveness of good signs. With all the techniques I have now developed I can produce both highly traditional old world style signs to very contemporary custom graphics and murals.
